Our 30-Day Return Promise
We want you to love what you get. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If your item arrives damaged, wrong, or not what you expected, we'll make it right.
Who Can Return What
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Food Products: A Special Note
WildBoard is food. Unopened, unused products in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days. Once opened or used, food products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. If your order arrives damaged or if you have concerns about the product before opening, contact us right away.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@wildboardsnacks.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll review your request and send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What Happens Next
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items We Can't Accept
We cannot accept returns on the following:

Food products that have been opened or consumed

Custom or personalized items

Sale items or gift cards

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Personal care goods (beauty, skincare, etc.)

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. The same food product rules apply.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us at hello@wildboardsnacks.com.
