Shipping policy

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's how we ship.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday through Friday are processed and handed off to our carrier the same business day. All other orders are processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly with USPS or UPS.

Risk of Loss

Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We recommend selecting signature confirmation or insurance if you're concerned about package loss or damage in transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately at hello@wildboardsnacks.com. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace your order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're located outside the United States and would like to purchase WildBoard, please reach out to hello@wildboardsnacks.com to discuss options.
