Whipped Feta with Mezze Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 cup feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or labneh
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest + a squeeze of juice
- 1/3 cup Mezze clusters, roughly crushed
- 1 tsp za'atar
- 1 drizzle of honey
- Optional: torn mint, warm pita
Steps
- Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, and lemon until whipped smooth.
- Spread across a plate and swoosh with the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle olive oil generously. More than feels right is correct.
- Scatter crushed Mezze clusters for crunch and texture.
- Sprinkle za'atar and a little flaky salt.
- Finish with a thin thread of honey.
- Add torn mint right before serving, if using.
- Serve with warm pita for scooping.

Unopened, our clusters stay fresh for 12 months. We ship sealed and fresh, so they arrive with full crunch. Store in a cool, dry place, and once opened reseal and enjoy within a few weeks for peak texture.
